Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs (Milo
  • s Poultry Farms)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a rolling boil, cover, and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes. Peel eggs under running water for easier removal of shells.
  3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and dill to the yolks.
  4. Mash mixture until smooth and well combined.
  5. Use a piping bag or spoon to fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with smoked paprika for an elegant finish.
  7. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
