Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs (Milo

- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika for garnish
Instructions:
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a rolling boil, cover, and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes. Peel eggs under running water for easier removal of shells.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and dill to the yolks.
- Mash mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Use a piping bag or spoon to fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika for an elegant finish.
- Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
