Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480ml) plain yogurt (full-fat or Greek yogurt)
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups/360ml)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (whole, 2%, or plant-based)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Optional Garnish: Chopped pistachios, fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the mango into manageable chunks.
- In a blender, combine the yogurt, mango chunks, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and cardamom (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup, if needed.
- Add ice cubes to the blender for an extra-cold Lassi. Blend briefly to crush the ice.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios and fresh mint leaves (if desired). Serve immediately.
