Ingredients:
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal (175g)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (56g)
- 10 oz marshmallows (280g) (or 5 cups mini marshmallows)
- 2 tablespoons ground Vietnamese coffee (30g) (or any strong coffee)
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk (15g)
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (60ml) (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (7g) (optional, for garnishing)
Instructions:
- Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the ground coffee and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and gradually fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Using a spatula or moistened hands, press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
- Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until set.
- Drizzle with additional sweetened condensed milk and sprinkle cocoa powder on top before slicing.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
