Ingredients:

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal (175g)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (56g)
  • 10 oz marshmallows (280g) (or 5 cups mini marshmallows)
  • 2 tablespoons ground Vietnamese coffee (30g) (or any strong coffee)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk (15g)
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (60ml) (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (7g) (optional, for garnishing)

Instructions:

  1. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the ground coffee and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and gradually fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Using a spatula or moistened hands, press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until set.
  8. Drizzle with additional sweetened condensed milk and sprinkle cocoa powder on top before slicing.
  9. Cut into squares and enjoy!
