Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.
- Create a well in the center and add the egg and water.
- Mix together until a rough dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and allow it to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion out as thinly as possible into a square (approx. 6x6 inches).
- Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to trim edges for neatness.
- Optionally, lightly cook wrappers in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute per side.
