Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.
  2. Create a well in the center and add the egg and water.
  3. Mix together until a rough dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and allow it to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion out as thinly as possible into a square (approx. 6x6 inches).
  7. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to trim edges for neatness.
  8. Optionally, lightly cook wrappers in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute per side.
