Ingredients:
- 2 shots of espresso (approximately 60 mL)
- 1 cup water (240 mL) for brewing
- 1 tablespoon sugar (15 g), adjust to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (120 mL)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (8 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5 mL) (optional)
Instructions:
- Measure and heat water, then brew 2 shots of espresso. Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk vigorously or use an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Pour the hot espresso into mugs. Gently spoon or pipe the whipped cream on top of the espresso.
- Optional: Dust with cocoa powder or grated chocolate for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
