Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso (30ml)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
- 1 tbsp sugar-free caramel syrup (15ml)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
- Ice cubes
- Extra sugar-free caramel drizzle (optional)
Instructions:
- Brew a shot of espresso using your espresso machine or coffee maker.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes to the brim.
- In a separate container, combine the almond milk, sugar-free caramel syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
- Pour the almond milk mixture over the ice in the glass.
- Slowly pour the brewed espresso over the milk mixture to create a layered look.
- Drizzle sugar-free caramel syrup on top for an extra treat.
- Garnish with a thin layer of syrup, if desired, and serve with a straw.
