Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of espresso (30ml)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free caramel syrup (15ml)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
  • Ice cubes
  • Extra sugar-free caramel drizzle (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brew a shot of espresso using your espresso machine or coffee maker.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes to the brim.
  3. In a separate container, combine the almond milk, sugar-free caramel syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
  4. Pour the almond milk mixture over the ice in the glass.
  5. Slowly pour the brewed espresso over the milk mixture to create a layered look.
  6. Drizzle sugar-free caramel syrup on top for an extra treat.
  7. Garnish with a thin layer of syrup, if desired, and serve with a straw.
