Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons (113g) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced (approx. 2 teaspoons)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until completely liquid. Do not boil!
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the parsley, chives, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the lemon juice and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Taste the keto cowboy butter and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes to your preference.
- Transfer the butter to a serving bowl and serve immediately. Can also be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
