Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups (168g) Super Fine Almond Flour
- 1.5 cups (170g) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tbsp (28g) Cream Cheese
- 1 Large Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.25 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Melt the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Immediately fold the almond flour, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and sea salt into the melted cheese. Knead with your hands until a uniform dough forms.
- Place the dough ball between two large sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a 12-inch circle, aiming for a thickness of 1/4-inch.
- Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and 'dock' the dough by pricking it all over with a fork to prevent air bubbles from forming during baking.
- Slide the parchment and dough onto a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 8–10 minutes until the crust is golden and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven, add your desired low-carb toppings, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until toppings are melted and hot.
