Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups (168g) Super Fine Almond Flour
  • 1.5 cups (170g) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tbsp (28g) Cream Cheese
  • 1 Large Egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  2. Immediately fold the almond flour, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and sea salt into the melted cheese. Knead with your hands until a uniform dough forms.
  3. Place the dough ball between two large sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a 12-inch circle, aiming for a thickness of 1/4-inch.
  4. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and 'dock' the dough by pricking it all over with a fork to prevent air bubbles from forming during baking.
  5. Slide the parchment and dough onto a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 8–10 minutes until the crust is golden and firm.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven, add your desired low-carb toppings, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until toppings are melted and hot.
