Ingredients:
- 6 Large Eggs
- 1 cup (240 ml) Water
Instructions:
- Place the steamer basket or trivet in the Instant Pot. Pour in 1 cup of water.
- Carefully place the eggs in a single layer on top of the trivet or in the steamer basket.
- Seal the Instant Pot lid, ensuring the valve is set to 'Sealing.' Cook on Manual/Pressure Cook setting: Soft-Boiled (5 mins), Medium-Boiled (7 mins), Hard-Boiled (12 mins).
- Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 5 minutes. Then, manually release any remaining pressure.
- Immediately transfer the eggs to a large bowl filled with ice water. Let them sit for at least 5 minutes.
- Gently tap the eggs on a hard surface and peel under cool running water. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
