Ingredients:
- 1 cup elderberry syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tbsp beef gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Pour the elderberry syrup and orange juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle the beef gelatin powder evenly over the surface and let it sit undisturbed for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Place the saucepan over low heat. Whisk constantly and gently to avoid clumps. Stir in the honey and lemon juice until the mixture is completely smooth and the gelatin has fully dissolved.
- Using a dropper or pipette, fill silicone gummy molds to the brim. Skim any bubbles from the surface with a spoon.
- Place the molds in the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours until firm.
