  • 1 cup whole milk or non-dairy milk (hazelnut milk preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon hazelnut extract (or more to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Combine dairy or non-dairy milk and heavy cream in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk in the sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or sugar) until dissolved.
  3. Add desired flavoring (vanilla, hazelnut, or spices) and mix until well combined.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or flavor as necessary.
  5. Pour the creamer into a clean bottle or jar and seal tightly.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before each use, as ingredients may separate.
