- 0.5 oz Lemon-Lime Soda
- 1 cup fresh ice
Instructions:
- Place your shot glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes before starting to ensure the mixture stays crisp and refreshing.
- Measure and pour 1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey, 1.5 oz peach schnapps, and 1.5 oz sour mix into a cocktail shaker.
- Add 1 cup of fresh ice to the shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds to achieve optimal thermal dilution and chill.
- Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain the mixture evenly into the two chilled 2-oz shot glasses.
- Top each shot glass with a 0.25 oz splash of lemon-lime soda just before serving to preserve the carbonation.
