Ingredients:
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans cut green beans, drained
- 1⅓ cups canned fried onions, divided
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce (if using), and pepper. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the drained green beans and about ⅔ of the fried onions, reserving the rest.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
- Sprinkle the remaining fried onions over the casserole.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown and crispy. The easy green bean casserole is almost ready!
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
