Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (225g) Brie, sliced
- 6 ounces (170g) Sharp Cheddar, cubed
- 4 ounces (115g) Goat Cheese Log, plain
- 4 ounces (115g) Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces (115g) Salami, assorted, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces (115g) Pepperoni, sliced
- 1 cup (150g) Strawberries, halved
- 1 cup (150g) Green Grapes, washed
- 1/2 cup (75g) Blackberries, washed
- 1 Orange, segmented
- 1 Cucumber, sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup (75g) Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 box (4-6 ounces, 115-170g) Assorted Crackers (multigrain, water crackers)
- 1 Baguette, sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Honey
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Fig Jam or Onion Jam
- Small bowl of green olives
- Small bowl of black olives
- Sprigs of fresh rosemary
Instructions:
- Slice the brie and cheddar, prepare the goat cheese log.
- Fan out the prosciutto and salami, arrange pepperoni slices.
- Wash and slice fruits and veggies.
- Place brie, cheddar and goat cheese on the board, spacing them out.
- Add the prosciutto, salami, and pepperoni around the cheeses.
- Fill in the gaps with strawberries, grapes, blackberries, orange segments, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
- Arrange crackers and baguette slices around the board.
- Place honey and fig jam in small bowls and add to the board, along with olives.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs for visual appeal. Serve immediately.
