Ingredients:
- 2 cups (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) coconut oil (optional)
- 1 cup (170g) frozen Haribo Gummy Bears
- 1/4 cup (30g) sprinkles (optional)
- 1 tbsp (15g) sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Spread the gummy bears in a single layer in a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt using a double boiler.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread evenly into a thin layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Working quickly, evenly distribute the frozen gummy bears over the melted chocolate. Gently press them into the chocolate to help them adhere.
- Sprinkle with sprinkles and sea salt (if using).
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and set.
- Once the bark is firm, break it into pieces of desired size. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
