Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 cup (170g) frozen Haribo Gummy Bears
  • 1/4 cup (30g) sprinkles (optional)
  • 1 tbsp (15g) sea salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Spread the gummy bears in a single layer in a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt using a double boiler.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread evenly into a thin layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Working quickly, evenly distribute the frozen gummy bears over the melted chocolate. Gently press them into the chocolate to help them adhere.
  6. Sprinkle with sprinkles and sea salt (if using).
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and set.
  8. Once the bark is firm, break it into pieces of desired size. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
