Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Dry the broccoli florets thoroughly after washing. Trim the stems into thin coins to include them in the roast.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, salt, and pepper over the broccoli and toss again to distribute evenly.
- For oven method: Spread florets in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast at 425°F (218°C) for 15-20 minutes. For air fryer method: Place in basket in a single layer and cook at 390°F (199°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from heat when tips are mahogany-colored and the seasoning smells toasted.
