Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Dry the broccoli florets thoroughly after washing. Trim the stems into thin coins to include them in the roast.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, salt, and pepper over the broccoli and toss again to distribute evenly.
  4. For oven method: Spread florets in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast at 425°F (218°C) for 15-20 minutes. For air fryer method: Place in basket in a single layer and cook at 390°F (199°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Remove from heat when tips are mahogany-colored and the seasoning smells toasted.
