Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (720 ml) water, divided
  • 1 (6-ounce) package blue raspberry flavored gelatin (like Jell-O)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) vodka (80 proof or higher recommended)
  • ½ cup (120 ml) Blue Curaçao liqueur (Optional, for extra blue colour and a hint of orange flavour)
  • Optional Garnish: edible glitter, gummy worms, or Swedish fish

Instructions:

  1. Bring 2 cups (480ml) of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the blue raspberry gelatin powder. Whisk until completely dissolved (about 2-3 minutes). Ensure no granules remain.
  3. Stir in the remaining 1 cup (240ml) of cold water, vodka, and Blue Curaçao (if using). Mix well to combine.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into the shot glasses, filling them almost to the top.
  5. Arrange the shot glasses on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the gelatin is completely set and firm.
  6. Before serving, garnish with edible glitter, gummy worms, or Swedish fish for a spooky touch.
