Ingredients:
- 3 cups (720 ml) water, divided
- 1 (6-ounce) package blue raspberry flavored gelatin (like Jell-O)
- 1 cup (240 ml) vodka (80 proof or higher recommended)
- ½ cup (120 ml) Blue Curaçao liqueur (Optional, for extra blue colour and a hint of orange flavour)
- Optional Garnish: edible glitter, gummy worms, or Swedish fish
Instructions:
- Bring 2 cups (480ml) of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the blue raspberry gelatin powder. Whisk until completely dissolved (about 2-3 minutes). Ensure no granules remain.
- Stir in the remaining 1 cup (240ml) of cold water, vodka, and Blue Curaçao (if using). Mix well to combine.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the shot glasses, filling them almost to the top.
- Arrange the shot glasses on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the gelatin is completely set and firm.
- Before serving, garnish with edible glitter, gummy worms, or Swedish fish for a spooky touch.
