Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork (or chicken or turkey)
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Sriracha or sweet chili sauce (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ground pork (or chosen meat) and cook until browned and fully cooked, around 5-7 minutes. Break into smaller pieces with the spatula.
- Stir in minced ginger and garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet and toss everything together until the vegetables are slightly tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
