Ingredients:
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila, Clean Vodka, or Silver Rum
- 0.75 oz Raw Agave Nectar
- 0.75 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime or Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Club Soda or Sparkling Mineral Water
Instructions:
- Place your glassware in the freezer for 5 minutes prior to serving. Fill a cocktail shaker three-quarters full with large, solid ice cubes to ensure minimal dilution.
- Measure and pour 2 oz of your chosen spirit, 0.75 oz agave nectar, and 0.75 oz fresh citrus juice into the shaker.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the exterior of the shaker is painfully cold and frosted, ensuring proper aeration and thermal mass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled rocks or coupe glass using a Hawthorne strainer.
- Top with 2 oz of club soda or sparkling mineral water for an effervescent finish if desired.
