- 1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes or Cayenne
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
Instructions:
- Measure out all dry spices accurately according to the ingredient list.
- Place all measured spices (Celery Seed through Cloves) into a medium, dry mixing bowl.
- Using a small whisk or fork, mix the components vigorously for at least 1 minute to ensure the lighter spices are fully incorporated.
- Taste a tiny pinch between your fingers to check balance. Adjust salt or heat (Cayenne) if necessary, re-whisking afterwards.
- Transfer the finished 'Bay Breeze' blend immediately into a clean, dry, airtight storage jar and label clearly with the date.
