  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Fine Grain Sea Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Mustard Seed
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes or Cayenne
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves

Instructions:

  1. Measure out all dry spices accurately according to the ingredient list.
  2. Place all measured spices (Celery Seed through Cloves) into a medium, dry mixing bowl.
  3. Using a small whisk or fork, mix the components vigorously for at least 1 minute to ensure the lighter spices are fully incorporated.
  4. Taste a tiny pinch between your fingers to check balance. Adjust salt or heat (Cayenne) if necessary, re-whisking afterwards.
  5. Transfer the finished 'Bay Breeze' blend immediately into a clean, dry, airtight storage jar and label clearly with the date.
