Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup (55g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup (25g) crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using). Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish or skillet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or baguette slices.
