Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup (120ml) ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup (55g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup (25g) crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using). Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish or skillet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or baguette slices.
