Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (225g) frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (21g) honey
  • ½ tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Pour 240ml unsweetened almond milk and 2.5ml vanilla extract into the blender. Note: Putting liquids first helps the blades spin freely.
  2. Add 120g plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Top with 225g frozen blueberries.
  4. Stir in 21g honey and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
  5. Start the blender on the lowest speed setting.
  6. Quickly increase the speed to high.
  7. Blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is a consistent deep purple.
  8. Check the consistency. If it's too thick, add a splash more milk.
  9. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
