Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (225g) frozen blueberries
- ½ cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp (21g) honey
- ½ tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Pour 240ml unsweetened almond milk and 2.5ml vanilla extract into the blender. Note: Putting liquids first helps the blades spin freely.
- Add 120g plain Greek yogurt.
- Top with 225g frozen blueberries.
- Stir in 21g honey and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
- Start the blender on the lowest speed setting.
- Quickly increase the speed to high.
- Blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is a consistent deep purple.
- Check the consistency. If it's too thick, add a splash more milk.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
