Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough (225 g)
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into 16 small wedges (225 g)
  • 1 tbsp honey (21 g) (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a wedge of Brie at the wide end of each triangle. Optionally drape with honey and sprinkle with herbs. Roll the dough around the Brie, starting from the wide end.
  5. Place the rolled Brie bites on the baking sheet, seam-side down. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
