Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough (225 g)
- 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into 16 small wedges (225 g)
- 1 tbsp honey (21 g) (optional)
- Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish (optional)

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
