Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Stir in the finely chopped capers, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using).
  3. Add salt and black pepper to taste, mixing well.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
