Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Whisk together until smooth.
- Stir in the finely chopped capers, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using).
- Add salt and black pepper to taste, mixing well.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
