Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
- 8 slices of bacon (preferably thick cut)
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (5 g)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper all over.
- Take one slice of bacon and wrap it tightly around each chicken breast. Secure ends with toothpicks if desired.
- Place wrapped chicken on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice, serve, and garnish with parsley.
