Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
  • 8 slices of bacon (preferably thick cut)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (5 g)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper all over.
  3. Take one slice of bacon and wrap it tightly around each chicken breast. Secure ends with toothpicks if desired.
  4. Place wrapped chicken on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Cook in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice, serve, and garnish with parsley.
