Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (500g) Oikos Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 2 cups (300g) mixed fresh fruits (e.g., berries, sliced banana, kiwi)
  • 1 cup (100g) granola (your choice of flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Additional fruit slices (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and slice the mixed fresh fruits as needed. Reserve some fruit slices for garnish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Oikos yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract for added flavor.
  3. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of each serving glass. Add a layer of mixed fruits on top of the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruits. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of yogurt.
  5. Top each parfait with reserved fruit slices and a few mint leaves for a fresh touch.
  6. Present the parfaits immediately, or chill briefly in the fridge if desired.
