Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup whole milk or heavy cream
  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry sauce or jam
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 Kit Kat bars, broken into bite-size pieces
  • Optional: whipped cream
  • Optional: maraschino cherries

Instructions:

  1. Prepare ingredients by slicing the banana and breaking the Kit Kat bars into small chunks.
  2. Loosen the ice cream by mixing it with milk or heavy cream until creamy but still thick.
  3. Fold in 3/4 of the Kit Kat pieces into the ice cream mixture evenly.
  4. Layer the banana slices, strawberry sauce, and chocolate syrup in serving cups before filling with the ice cream mixture.
  5. Garnish with the remaining Kit Kat pieces, a dollop of whipped cream, and a maraschino cherry if desired. Serve immediately or freeze briefly for a firmer texture.
