  • 8 ounces (227g) semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) coconut oil
  • Chopped nuts (almonds, peanuts, pistachios)
  • Sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Wash the strawberries gently, pat them completely dry, and leave the green stems on.
  2. Combine chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler or heatproof bowl set over a simmering pot of water. Stir frequently until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate. Twirl to coat evenly, then gently scrape off any excess chocolate.
