Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 4 bars)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional, for smoother coating)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Butterfinger bars and peanut butter.
  2. Add softened butter and mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until fully blended.
  4. Using your hands, scoop a tablespoon of filling and roll it into a ball.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  8. Using a fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  9. Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  10. Refrigerate the coated balls for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  11. Enjoy these heavenly Butterfinger Balls or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
