Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturers instructions.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined; do not over stir. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Lightly grease the preheated waffle maker with cooking spray or melted butter. Pour the appropriate amount of batter onto the hot waffle maker, close the lid, and cook until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).
  6. Carefully remove the waffles and place them on a cooling rack to maintain crispiness. Serve immediately with your choice of toppings.
