Ingredients:

  • 1 lb frozen broccoli florets
  • 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and place a parchment-lined baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Carefully remove the hot pan and spread the frozen broccoli florets in a single layer without adding oil.
  3. Roast for 10–12 minutes until the surface moisture evaporates and the florets look matte.
  4. Remove the pan, drizzle with olive oil, and toss with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the broccoli.
  6. Return to the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and edges are charred.
  7. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
