Ingredients:

  • 6 medium corn tortillas (about 150 g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for flavor) (2 g)

Instructions:

  1. Stack the corn tortillas and cut them into triangles (fourths).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and paprika.
  3. Add the tortilla triangles to the bowl and toss gently until well coated in the oil and seasoning mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place tortilla pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to do this in batches).
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, let them cool slightly, and enjoy with your favorite dip.
