Ingredients:
- 6 medium corn tortillas (about 150 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for flavor) (2 g)
Instructions:
- Stack the corn tortillas and cut them into triangles (fourths).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Add the tortilla triangles to the bowl and toss gently until well coated in the oil and seasoning mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place tortilla pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to do this in batches).
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, let them cool slightly, and enjoy with your favorite dip.
