Ingredients:
- 2 (4-6 ounce) Tilapia fillets, skinless
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Italian herbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush or spoon the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
