Ingredients:

  • 2 (4-6 ounce) Tilapia fillets, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Italian herbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush or spoon the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
