Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the marinade, coating them evenly. Let marinate for 15 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the outside is crispy and golden.
  6. Remove chicken from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
