Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized russet potatoes (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (5 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water. Slice them into thin rounds (about 1/8-inch thick) using a knife or mandoline slicer.
- In a large bowl, combine the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Set the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the coated potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for optimal cooking.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the potato slices and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
