  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Wash the broccoli florets and pat them thoroughly with paper towels until no visible moisture remains to prevent steaming.
  2. Place the dried florets in a large mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and arrange the broccoli in the basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  4. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking process.
  5. Remove from the air fryer when tips are charred and stems are tender-crisp; immediately drizzle with lemon juice and toss with grated Parmesan cheese.
