Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Add the squeezed-dry spinach and chopped artichoke hearts to the cheese mixture. Mix well to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish or skillet.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the dip.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with your favorite dippers.
