Ingredients:
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add the squeezed-dry spinach and chopped artichoke hearts to the cheese mixture. Mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish or skillet.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the dip.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with your favorite dippers.
