Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 (14 oz) can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté chopped spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add in the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Fold in the sautéed spinach and chopped artichokes until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
- Serve warm with your choice of dippers like tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
