Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped (about 150g)
- 1 cup whole milk (240ml) (can substitute with almond, oat, or soy milk)
- 1 cup ice cubes (about 120g)
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (or simple syrup, adjust for sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (about 2 tablespoons per serving) - optional
- Fresh strawberry slices or a drizzle of strawberry syrup - optional
Instructions:
- Wash and hull the strawberries, chopping them roughly for easier blending.
- Add strawberries, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy, about 30–45 seconds. Check consistency; if too thick, add a splash of milk and pulse again.
- Taste the frappuccino; add more sugar if desired and blend again briefly.
- Pour into serving glasses. Top with whipped cream and garnish with sliced strawberries or strawberry syrup if using.
