Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped (about 150g)
  • 1 cup whole milk (240ml) (can substitute with almond, oat, or soy milk)
  • 1 cup ice cubes (about 120g)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (or simple syrup, adjust for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (about 2 tablespoons per serving) - optional
  • Fresh strawberry slices or a drizzle of strawberry syrup - optional

Instructions:

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, chopping them roughly for easier blending.
  2. Add strawberries, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy, about 30–45 seconds. Check consistency; if too thick, add a splash of milk and pulse again.
  4. Taste the frappuccino; add more sugar if desired and blend again briefly.
  5. Pour into serving glasses. Top with whipped cream and garnish with sliced strawberries or strawberry syrup if using.
