Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (240 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and Greek yogurt.
  2. Add the finely chopped dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary (add more salt, lemon juice, or dill as preferred).
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
