Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
- 1 cup (240 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and Greek yogurt.
- Add the finely chopped dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary (add more salt, lemon juice, or dill as preferred).
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
