Ingredients:
- 1 (14 ounce/397g) can artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained well and chopped
- 8 ounces (227g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (113g) mayonnaise
- ½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 teaspoon)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Gently fold in the chopped artichoke hearts until evenly distributed.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8-inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
