Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 ounce/397g) can artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained well and chopped
  • 8 ounces (227g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (113g) mayonnaise
  • ½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Gently fold in the chopped artichoke hearts until evenly distributed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. Transfer the mixture to an 8-inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
