Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Whole milk
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Honey
  • 1 cup (150g) Blueberries
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5g) Ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5g) Ground turmeric
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Rinse blueberries under cold water and pat them dry. Note: If using frozen berries, let them sit for 5 minutes so they don't freeze the blender blades.
  2. Pour the Greek yogurt, milk, honey, cardamom, and turmeric into the blender.
  3. Pulse for 10 seconds until the spices are fully incorporated.
  4. Add the blueberries and ice cubes to the blender.
  5. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the mixture is a consistent deep purple and you don't see any berry skins.
  6. Pour a small amount into a glass to check the thickness.
  7. Add an extra tablespoon of milk and pulse briefly if it feels too thick to pour.
  8. Stir in two tablespoons of Greek yogurt and blend if the drink looks too thin.
  9. Pour the finished Blueberry Lassi into two chilled glasses.
