Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240g) Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Whole milk
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Honey
- 1 cup (150g) Blueberries
- 1/8 tsp (0.5g) Ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp (0.5g) Ground turmeric
- 1/2 cup (120g) Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Rinse blueberries under cold water and pat them dry. Note: If using frozen berries, let them sit for 5 minutes so they don't freeze the blender blades.
- Pour the Greek yogurt, milk, honey, cardamom, and turmeric into the blender.
- Pulse for 10 seconds until the spices are fully incorporated.
- Add the blueberries and ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the mixture is a consistent deep purple and you don't see any berry skins.
- Pour a small amount into a glass to check the thickness.
- Add an extra tablespoon of milk and pulse briefly if it feels too thick to pour.
- Stir in two tablespoons of Greek yogurt and blend if the drink looks too thin.
- Pour the finished Blueberry Lassi into two chilled glasses.
