Ingredients:

  • 1 medium orange, sliced
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 (750ml) bottle dry white wine
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
  • Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
  • Orange slices (optional)
  • Pineapple wedges (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Chop the apple and pineapple. Slice the orange into thin rounds.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the sliced orange, chopped apple, cranberries, and pineapple chunks.
  3. Pour in the white wine, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange liqueur, and brandy (if using).
  4. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, stir the sangria again. Add ice to the pitcher or to individual glasses. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, orange slices, or pineapple wedges, if desired.
