Ingredients:
- 1 medium orange, sliced
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 (750ml) bottle dry white wine
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur
- 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
- Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
- Orange slices (optional)
- Pineapple wedges (optional)
Instructions:
- Chop the apple and pineapple. Slice the orange into thin rounds.
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the sliced orange, chopped apple, cranberries, and pineapple chunks.
- Pour in the white wine, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange liqueur, and brandy (if using).
- Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, stir the sangria again. Add ice to the pitcher or to individual glasses. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, orange slices, or pineapple wedges, if desired.
