Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (226g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (240g) Marshmallow Fluff (or cream)
- 1/2 cup (60g) sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup (60ml) full-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Beat until completely smooth and lump-free using a hand mixer on medium speed. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture, beating slowly until just combined. Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy (about 1 minute).
- Stop the mixer. Add the marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, lemon zest, orange zest, and the pinch of salt to the bowl.
- Gently fold the fluff into the base using a rubber spatula until mostly incorporated. Then, use the electric mixer on low speed for only about 30 seconds until everything is uniform and creamy. Do not overmix.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
- Transfer the finished Delightful Fruit Dip to a decorative serving bowl and serve immediately with fresh fruit.
