Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (226g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240g) Marshmallow Fluff (or cream)
  • 1/2 cup (60g) sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) full-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Beat until completely smooth and lump-free using a hand mixer on medium speed. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  2. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture, beating slowly until just combined. Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy (about 1 minute).
  3. Stop the mixer. Add the marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, lemon zest, orange zest, and the pinch of salt to the bowl.
  4. Gently fold the fluff into the base using a rubber spatula until mostly incorporated. Then, use the electric mixer on low speed for only about 30 seconds until everything is uniform and creamy. Do not overmix.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  6. Transfer the finished Delightful Fruit Dip to a decorative serving bowl and serve immediately with fresh fruit.
