Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled (150g)
  • 1 oz lime juice (30ml)
  • 1 oz simple syrup (30ml)
  • 1 cup crushed ice (240g)
  • 1.5 oz white rum (45ml)
  • ½ cup coconut cream (120ml)
  • 1 oz lime juice (30ml)
  • 1 oz simple syrup (30ml)
  • 1 cup crushed ice (240g)
  • 1.5 oz white rum (45ml)

Instructions:

  1. Combine strawberries, lime juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Set aside.
  2. In a separate blender, add coconut cream, lime juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Pour the strawberry daiquiri mix into the bottom half of each glass, filling them about halfway. Carefully spoon the piña colada mix on top without mixing the layers, creating a beautiful gradient.
  4. Garnish with a slice of strawberry and a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately with or without a straw. Cheers!
