Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled (150g)
- 1 oz lime juice (30ml)
- 1 oz simple syrup (30ml)
- 1 cup crushed ice (240g)
- 1.5 oz white rum (45ml)
- ½ cup coconut cream (120ml)
- 1 oz lime juice (30ml)
- 1 oz simple syrup (30ml)
- 1 cup crushed ice (240g)

Instructions:
- Combine strawberries, lime juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Set aside.
- In a separate blender, add coconut cream, lime juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice. Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Pour the strawberry daiquiri mix into the bottom half of each glass, filling them about halfway. Carefully spoon the piña colada mix on top without mixing the layers, creating a beautiful gradient.
- Garnish with a slice of strawberry and a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately with or without a straw. Cheers!
