Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 0.5 cup cooked bacon bits
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 0.75 cup thick Caesar dressing
- 0.25 cup sliced green onions
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 0.25 cup Caesar dressing for glaze
- 0.5 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the 3 cups of cubed chicken, 0.5 cup crispy bacon, 0.25 cup green onions, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, and 0.5 cup shredded provolone cheese.
- Fold in 0.75 cup of thick Caesar dressing until the mixture is thoroughly coated.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the 1 lb of pizza dough into 4 equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll one dough ball into a 7x10 inch rectangle.
- Place 1/4 of the filling in a log shape down the center, leaving a 1-inch border. Fold the short ends over the filling, then roll the long side over, sealing the seam tightly.
- Brush the exterior of the dough with the remaining 0.25 cup of Caesar dressing glaze and roll in 0.5 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
- Use a paring knife to cut small steam vents in the top of each bake. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until the crust is a deep mahogany gold.
