Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 0.75 cup thick Caesar dressing
  • 0.25 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 0.25 cup Caesar dressing for glaze
  • 0.5 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the 3 cups of cubed chicken, 0.5 cup crispy bacon, 0.25 cup green onions, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, and 0.5 cup shredded provolone cheese.
  2. Fold in 0.75 cup of thick Caesar dressing until the mixture is thoroughly coated.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Divide the 1 lb of pizza dough into 4 equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll one dough ball into a 7x10 inch rectangle.
  5. Place 1/4 of the filling in a log shape down the center, leaving a 1-inch border. Fold the short ends over the filling, then roll the long side over, sealing the seam tightly.
  6. Brush the exterior of the dough with the remaining 0.25 cup of Caesar dressing glaze and roll in 0.5 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Use a paring knife to cut small steam vents in the top of each bake. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until the crust is a deep mahogany gold.
