Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (600g) fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup (65g) honey
  • 4 cups (950ml) filtered water, chilled
  • 1 cup (240ml) ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place the blueberries, lime juice, and honey into the blender. Pulse on high until the mixture is a deep purple, velvety puree with no large chunks of fruit remaining.
  2. Pour the puree through a fine-mesh strainer or nut milk bag into the pitcher. Use a spoon to press down on the solids to extract every drop of concentrated berry nectar until only dry pulp remains.
  3. Stir in the chilled filtered water and ice cubes. Stir vigorously until the sweetener is fully integrated and the drink looks uniform in color. Taste and add an extra squeeze of lime if a sharper zing is desired.
