Ingredients:

  • 1 medium dragonfruit, peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup granola
  • Fresh fruits for garnish
  • Chia seeds or hemp seeds, optional

Instructions:

  1. Peel and dice the dragonfruit and slice the banana.
  2. In the blender, combine the dragonfruit, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, and blend again.
  5. Divide the smoothie mixture into two bowls and top with granola, additional sliced fruits, and chia or hemp seeds if desired.
