Ingredients:
- 1 medium dragonfruit, peeled and diced
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ cup granola
- Fresh fruits for garnish
- Chia seeds or hemp seeds, optional
Instructions:
- Peel and dice the dragonfruit and slice the banana.
- In the blender, combine the dragonfruit, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, and blend again.
- Divide the smoothie mixture into two bowls and top with granola, additional sliced fruits, and chia or hemp seeds if desired.
