- 2 tbsp (30g) Yellow Mustard
- 4 tbsp (60g) Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 tsp (5ml) White Vinegar
- 1 tsp (3g) Onion Powder
- 1 tsp (3g) Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp (1.5g) Sweet Paprika
- 0.25 tsp (1.5g) Salt
Instructions:
- In a medium glass mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and white vinegar. Whisk until the texture is smooth and the color is a uniform pale yellow with no visible mustard streaks.
- Fold in the sweet pickle relish, onion powder, garlic powder, sweet paprika, and salt. Stir gently but thoroughly until the sauce takes on its signature sunset-orange tint.
- Transfer the sauce to an airtight glass jar. For the best flavor, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the dry spices to hydrate and the flavors to meld.
