Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/4 cup (60ml) ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients (frozen berries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract) into the blender.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk. If it's not thick enough, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed, adding more honey.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
