Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/4 cup (60ml) ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients (frozen berries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract) into the blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk. If it's not thick enough, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed, adding more honey.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
